Sunday Prayer Time

Hello folks. After a very long period of them being closed, we are pleased to announce that our blue doors will be open once more. This Sunday and each Sunday throughout July, between 3-5 pm, chapel is open for prayer. Covid safety measures will be in place.

Online Sunday Service

During this period of time while we can’t gather together on a Sunday morning, we’re encouraging our church family to tune in to Christ Church Fulwood’s morning service, at 10:30am.  Christ Church Fulwood, in Sheffield, will broadcast a morning service and we’re thankful to them for making this publicly available for the wider church in Sheffield and beyond to participate in together.

The Forum is a group for men in the Oughtibridge, Worrall and Wharncliffe Side areas of Sheffield who want the opportunity to get out and do something new! It aims to provide activities for men during the daytime, including work projects in the local community, walks and talks.


The group generally meet at Oughtibridge Chapel at 10.00am on alternate Tuesdays.

 

We run a similar group for women, Ladies of Leisure.  It is a group for women to meet and socialise together doing a variety of different activities.  Please contact Brenda Birks for more details 07479946112 or brenbirks@hotmail.co.uk

Once every half term we do an Open The Book session at Oughtibridge Primary School.  Open The Book aims to enable every child to hear the story of the Bible at school in their primary years.

Discoverers is a fun lunchtime club for KS1 children (Y1 & Y2) held at Oughtibridge School. It is an opportunity for children to explore the bible in a child friendly environment.

Due to high numbers we run two groups, alternating each half term. The club runs Autumn and Winter terms but not in the Summer term, to allow the children to enjoy playing outside. Please Contact Us if you would like more information.
